Instructions: In a small bowl mix Earth and Vine Pomegranate sauce, Crème Fraiche and mint. In a large bowl gently combine all the fruits and berries with the pomegranate sauce mixture. Serve chilled or at room temperature for fullest flavor.

The Earth & Vine sauce is very versatile. It can be use with cheeses (drizzled on blues, goat, brie or cream cheese). It’s great for Martinis and over ice cream. It makes a wonderful combination with prosciutto and melon. Hope you enjoy it

1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup Earth and Vine Pomegranate Pear Port wine sauce
2 tablespoons Crème Fraiche (optional )
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint for garnish
