The holidays are over, the days are short, and even in Southern California it gets cold. Chili is the perfect comfort food for a lazy Sunday or an ideal meal for your Super Bowl party. It’s relatively easy to make since the prep can be done ahead of time and only one pot is needed. Chef Mead’s chili recipe is made with beef, pork and turkey jalapeño sausage. Chow down!
