Learn from Chef Rich Mead, owner and chef of Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens, as he demonstrates how to cook with herbs. Fresh herbs add a layer of flavor to any dish. You can make a sauce or a puree to rub on protein. These are just a few applications: chimichurri, gremolata and even pesto – doesn’t have to be basil. Be inspired by the fresh seasonal ingredient combinations he uses to create these delectable dishes. Field-to-fork food from Farmhouse to your house. Seats and tastings are limited.
